Working in collaboration with the engineering and construction programs at various post-secondary institutions and their local homelessness organizations, create and host a competition amongst students where they design and build small and innovative housing for the homeless. Juries comprised of representatives from your company, faculty members from the participating schools, representatives from the homelessness organizations, and representatives from the community will judge the houses constructed in these competitions. The winners of these competitions will receive a scholarship to be applied to their education, as well as an internship at your company.
